Requirements
All reference data of Requirements include an “Id” column. This last is used for the mapping between a BizDock entry (for example a Status) and an external entry (for example a Redmine status).
Status
A Status of a Requirement is used to define its current state, for instance “New” or “Closed”.
Add a Status
- Click on the
icon of the “Status” panel,
- Select a type,
- Enter for each language a name and a description,
- Save.
Edit a Status
- Click on the
icon for the wished Status,
- Edit the attributes,
- Save.
Remove a Status
- Click on the
icon for the wished Status,
- Confirm that you want to delete this Status.
Priority
A Priority of a Requirement is used to define its level of need, for instance “Could” or “Must”.
Add a Priority
- Click on the
icon of the “Priority” panel,
- Check the “Mandatory” box if the Priority is mandatory,
- Enter for each language a name and a description,
- Save.
Edit a Priority
- Click on the
icon for the wished Priority,
- Edit the attributes,
- Save.
Remove a Priority
- Click on the
icon for the wished Priority,
- Confirm that you want to delete this Priority.
Severity
A Severity of a Requirement is used to define its impact, for instance “Minor” or “Critical”.
Add a Severity
- Click on the
icon of the “Severity” panel,
- Check the “Blocker” box if the Severity is blocker,
- Enter for each language a name and a description,
- Save.
Edit a Severity
- Click on the
icon for the wished Severity,
- Edit the attributes,
- Save.
Remove a Severity
- Click on the
icon for the wished Severity,
- Confirm that you want to delete this Severity.
