Submit an Agreement request

In the Master Agreements list, click on the add icon to submit an Agreement request to another BizDock instance.

1. Search for a partner (master)

The first step is to find the partner with who you want to request an Agreement: simply enter his name in the “Partner name” field and click on the “Search” button.

If the partner has already a BizDock instance, then it is listed as a result: click on his name to select him.

It the partner hasn't already a BizDock instance, then you can invite him to create a free instance (if he accept, the Agreement will be automatically created).

2. Fill the Agreement request (master)

Enter the details of the Agreement request in the form, then click on “Save”: a notification is sent to the partner instance, he should now process (approve or reject) the request.

It the partner hasn't already a BizDock instance, then you need to specify his e-mail on top of the above attributes:

3. Process the Agreement request (consumer)

When you are required to process an Agreement request, a notification is sent to all users with the permission PARTNER_SYNDICATION_PERMISSION of your instance (with a direct link to the process page). It is also possible to see the Agreement requests to process in the Consumer Agreements list.

Logically, click on the “Approve” button to approve the Agreement request and on “Reject” to reject it.

Process an Agreement relation request

An Agreement relation request is submitted directly from the concerned object (for example an Initiative) in the master instance. More info here.

When you are required to process an Agreement relation request, a notification is sent to all users with the permission PARTNER_SYNDICATION_PERMISSION of your instance (with a direct link to the process page).

The process is depending of the data type of the master object. Currently, only Initiatives are supported.

The synchronization described by an Agreement relation is automatically done every day (between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. CEST), it is also possible to manually trigger it.

Process a request for an Initiative

There are 3 possible actions to process a request for an Initiative:

  1. Approve with a new initiative: the request is approved, and the master Initiative will be syndicated with a new Initiative (automatically created)
  2. Approve with an existing initiative: the request is approved, and the master Initiative will by syndicated with the selected Initiative
  3. Reject the relation: the request is rejected
