Service Level Objectives


The availability objectives of the BizDock cloud platform are the following:

  • Standard service time: 24 / 7 except during event (planned or unplanned)
  • Max downtime objective per unplanned event: 1h
  • Max downtime objective for a planned release: 1h outside Business Hours (9h - 18h, Geneva time)
  • Max downtime objective for other planned event: 2h
  • Unplanned max downtime objective per calendar year: 5h

These objectives rely on the SLA of our hosting poviders:


Our RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is 24h

Our RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is 8h in case of a server crash or hardware issue
